Refund policy

In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, statutory rights to a 14-day "cooling off" period do not apply to goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because every item from TrendTok Goods is custom-printed to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or change your mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing misprint, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with digital photographs for a free replacement or full refund.
